Let Me Introduce Myself
Hello Everyone,
I'm Allie, a certified Health Care Aide, a student studying Holistic Nutrition, Entrepreneur, Writer and a healthy Type 1 Diabetic of 23 years!
Today I am dedicated to educating, inspiring and motivating thousands of people around the world by sharing my story and helping others achieve optimal health.
I truly believe the power that made the body, heals the body.
As a Type 1 diabetic I experienced the impact that food plays on our health.
When I was younger I suffered with absorption problems, uncontrollable blood sugars, terrible moods, diabulimia, horrible bloating and spent most of my childhood in and out of the hospital.
I had full time support in school with me through out Preschool to help manage my blood sugars & multiple injections.
It wasn't until my early twenties that I finally hit rock bottom with my health and started taking it seriously. I began to surround myself with people who were extremely health conscious and opened my eyes to a whole new world.
I began researching fitness, nutrition, diabetes, chinese medicine, water, meditation and plant derived minerals for hours each and everyday.
In time I changed my entire diet, improved my mindset and I was working out whenever I wasn't studying, I lowered my A1C in months with proper nutrition, exercise and meditation.. Within 1 year I transformed into a new, vibrant, healthy, beautiful person!
And my goal is to see YOU do the same!
I am excited to announce I will be attending The Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition to further increase my knowledge in Holistic Health & Nutrition.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I cannot wait to personally work with you and watch you transform into the healthiest, happiest version of yourself!
