Keto Chocolate + Cream Cheese Icing

This ketogenic chocolate icing is good on just about anything! I have tried it on sweet potatoe brownies, ketogenic chocolate cake, chocolate muffins, and many more! This low carb, fluffy icing taste like it is made with real sugar.. Shockingly, it's not! If you don't believe me, you will have to try it for yourself.

D E S C R I P T I O N Gluten free, rich, creamy icing that melts in your mouth.. no matter what you put it on! Made without refined sugars this icing is diabetic friendly, paleo and extremely tasty!

I N G R E D I E N T S 1/2 cup cocoa powder

10 oz cream cheese or (vegan cream cheese)

2 oz melted chocolate (optional) 1/4 cup grass fed butter (vegan options such as Melt) 2-3 cups powered sugar (Swerve Ketogenic Sweetner) 2 tsp organic pure vanilla extract 3-4 tbsp milk substitute of your choice

I N S T R U C T I O N S Let butter and cream cheese come to room temperature. Beat all ingredients with hand mixer or electronic, your choice. If recipe seems too thick, slowly add more milk of your choice. If your recipe is too thin, add more icing sugar. Cover and refrigerate leftover for up to a week. Enjoy my friends, xo
